APPOINTMENTS

Any treatments are by-appointment only.  Please book online. A credit card number to hold an appointment.  The card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

CONSULTATIONS

All consultations are free of charge, however there is a $20 penalty for no-shows/ cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled consultation appointment.

RETOUCH SESSIONS

Each  RETOUCH Session which is $100. The Retouch Session must be completed within two months of the original treatment (we recommend that you schedule your Perfecting Session before you leave the salon). For no-shows/ cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled Retouch Session appointment there is a $20 penalty fee.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged $20 Penalty Fee.

TIPPING

Tipping is customary for good service. Tips usually average 10 - 20% of treatment price.  These can be given in cash or charged to a credit card.  All tips are much appreciated.

REFUNDS

All treatments and products are non-refundable.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS & LIMITATIONS

We may require doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant or nursing, or on anyone who is under the age of 18.
